Able to install it without ripping, unlike other product I have tried. Awaiting arrival of warmer weather before I can determine if it raises my sight line sufficiently.

Very good product.

I have this product on another rifle and it works great. Not that hard to install and with all the different thickness's you can use you will find the right fit.

Very Good Product

I needed to raise my point of impact (POI). My coach and I taped a 1/4" thick piece of soft foam, which worked but I probably could have gone a tad higher. I have two Beretta Silver pigeons (12GA and 20GA) and know that that company makes a foam pad with an adhesive. However, a few local gunsmiths whom I trust advised me that the adhesive never works. I'm glad I found the Beartooth Comb Raising Kit 2.0! The foam is nice and hard so that it does not deform. The neoprene cover is tight and keeps everything in the proper position. There are a lot of complaints about fixing the foam and neoprene cover to the stock. My response is that nobody should complain because a tightly fitting cover is going to keep the foam in place. It took me 45 minutes for EACH GUN to put the foam insert and neoprene glove on my stock, and I confess that I thought I could have done a better job. What we discovered is that it's really a two-person job. Once the sleeve is inverted and reversed on the stock (as in the instructions), one person has to hold the foam insert while the other one rolls the neoprene cover over the foam and to the butt-end of the stock. As noted in the instructions, it's crucial that the seam is directly at the bottom of the stock. Although not in the directions, I looped the hole found at the end of the seam line on the bottom corner of the stock, thinking that it would keep everything in place better. It worked. I used the 1/4" foam insert and the thickness of the neoprene cover provided the extra rise that I needed for lifting up my POI. After shooting over 200 clays, the foam insert has not moved out of place and has kept its original shape with no indentation. I think it is going to be a keeper! It's a good product. While affixing it to the stock is difficult, please remember that it needs to be that secure if it is going to be a permanent fix for raising your POI.

Installed on an old Remington 760 pump. It originally came with iron sighta so it had quite a drop at the comb. It now carries a scope. This was the easiest , neatest , least destructive and cheapest way to to raise the comb. I would recommend it to anyone.

would not assemble

I needed 1 1/2 inches of raised comb height to raise my eye to my scope. There was no way I could get the 1 1/2 inches of foam inside the sleeve. So it would not work for me.
